aperol spritz

3 ounces Aperol

1/2 orange or blood orange, juiced

3 ounces Prosecco

1/2 cup sparkling water

1 orange, sliced

green olives, optional but traditional

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the aperol, orange juice, prosecco and then fill the glass with to the top with sparkling wine.

garnish with an orange slice and green olives
