Triple Chocolate Banana Rum Bread

2 very ripe bananas

1 banana, yellow skin, thinly sliced

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup sugar

1 egg

2 teaspoons vaniila extract

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup rum

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour

1 cup chocolate chips (mix of white, dark and milk)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, place the two ripe bananas and mash them up. Add oil, sugar, egg, milk and rum. Mix to combine. Add the baking soda and flour and mix to combine. Then add 1/2 the chocolate,and 1/2 the nuts. Place into a loaf pan and add the fresh banana slices on top. Along with the rest of the chocolate and the nuts.

Bake for 1 hour.
