halloween bundt cake

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

3 large eggs

1 can pumpkin puree

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 salted butter, melted

1/2 cup black cocoa powder

preheat the oven to 350 degrees. generously grease a bundt pan.

place flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk.

mix eggs, puree, sugar and butter in a larger bowl.

Add the dry to the wet ingredients and mix to combine.

divide the batter in half and add the cocoa powder to one of the bowls. mix to make a black batter.

using two large spoons or scoops, alternate the two batters in the pan to create a striped effect.

bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

cool in the pan and invert to eat.
