1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup avocado oil

2 large egg, at room temperature

1 teaspoon kosher table salt

2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla paste

1 cup milk

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 1/2 cups cake flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

vanilla buttercream frosting

2 cups confectioners sugar

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 teaspoons vanilla paste

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

3 tablespoons milk

1 cup dot sprinkles, in a flat bowl

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and combine all of the cake ingredients in a stand mixer. Mix to combine.

Divide the cakes into ramekins and bake for 10 minutes or until just cooked through.

Allow the cakes to cool completely while you make the frosting.

for the frosting, mix all the ingredients in standing mixture until thick.

Spread the frosting evenly over the top of the cooled cakes and then press the top of the cakes into the sprinkles.

Place in the fridge for 1 hour so that the top hardens.
