Antipasti Stromboli
1 AP pizza dough
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
4 or 5 slices of…
Salami
Prosciutto cotto
Prosciutto
Marinated artichokes
Olives
Marinate mushrooms
(basically, items you would find in the buffets at whole foods)
Just get a mix of each.
Evvo
2 teaspoons ground oregano
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Roll out the dough to a 9 x 13 square on an evoo greased baking sheet.
Scatter the mozzarella evenly over the dough.
Add the items you grabbed from the store and spread over the cheese.
Starting at one end, roll the dough into one long tube.
Brush the top with evoo, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes, turn the pan to brown evenly on all sides.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
